I often find it necessary to employ several modalities in the course of a session.

 

Rather than strictly following a particular system I often find it necessary to look from several perspectives to understand what's happening.

 

For example, I may start by relieving a muscle ache and discover that it occurs along an acupressure meridian. As I explore the meridian I might discover something going on emotionally and work toward emotional release which has the result of relaxing the muscle ache.

 

Because of this, my work often becomes a kind of exploratory dance of discovery.
