Mental BodyIn the modern world we are confronted with a variety of stimuli. We may find ourselves faced with cycles of mental activity alternating with mental lethargy. When it comes to being present with another, neither state is ideal.
To be fully present with another human being demands that we bring ourselves into a state of mental balance and focus. There are many time-tested methods to achieve this balance. Chanting, meditation and breathwork allow the over-active mind to calm and concentrate and the lethargic mind to awaken.
In my sessions I employ these methods so that a deep connection can form between myself and my clients which allows for profound changes in consciousness and sensation.
