Mastering The Masculine

In this modern age our traditional gender roles are under revision. As men we hear conflicting feedback about what women really want in a man. At the same time, pornography often portrays sex in a way that has little to do with increasing pleasure for the man or the woman.

 

Heterosexual men are capable of attracting beautiful, powerful women and of creating exquisite experiences both for women and for themselves. For gay men, casual encounters may be easy to come by, but a spiritual heart connection is just as difficult to find as it is among heterosexuals. Often what is missing is an experience of deep, intimate connection and presence.

 

First we must unlearn what we have been mis-taught. There is much to learn about awakening our erotic potential.

 

We need to learn to heal the hurts of the past in mind, body and heart so that we may fully open to another human being. We need to learn to express the truth of our deepest desires free from neediness or agenda. We must learn the true nature of the mystery that each human being is and come to grips with how we may bring the entirety of our inner masculine and feminine to fully meet a partner on all levels, and learn to remain fully present and attentive as we give and receive pleasure.

 

For this reason, sessions with my male clients address a variety teachings including principles of attraction, subtle energy sensitivity, the art of arousal and ejaculation control techniques as well as coming to terms with vulnerability, communication and connection. A man can explore full-body non-ejaculatory orgasm through a combination of controlled breathing, deep bodywork and sensory awakening in a safe, honoring ritual. This opens up whole new worlds of possibilities for relating.
